P\u00e5 Gymi Parkour-passen l\u00e4gger vi vikt vid varierad tr\u00e4ning av kroppen s\u00e5 att man l\u00e4r sig de sv\u00e5raste \u00f6vningarna tryggt och p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt. P\u00e5 Gymi Parkour-passen tr\u00e4nar vi \u00e4ven p\u00e5 att sl\u00e5 volter och g\u00f6ra andra tricks, och i passen ing\u00e5r \u00e4ven omv\u00e4xlande street-workout-\u00f6vningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gymis Parkour pass tar oftast 45\u221260 minuter och inneh\u00e5ller f\u00f6rutom varierande \u00f6vningar som utvecklar motoriken \u00e4ven karakteristiska konst\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r varje pass. P\u00e5 passen anv\u00e4nder vi m\u00e5nga olika redskap: romerska ringar, r\u00e4ck, bom, barr, trampoliner, st\u00e4nger, ribbstol, linor, hopprep, bollar, diabolor, cirkusredskap och balansbr\u00e4den.
